ExchangeRobotics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Generative AI Specialist to join our dynamic team in Split, Croatia. We’re transforming the illiquid and private debt markets with cutting-edge AI, and we need your expertise to build the future of fintech.

Our proprietary Robo Advisors, Chatbots, ML algorithms, and Generative AI models provide insightful guidance and support by leveraging historical and current market behaviors, sophisticated financial models, and rich data from our knowledge base and partner APIs.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead Generative AI Development: Design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge Generative AI models to enhance our platform’s capabilities and deliver unparalleled insights.
- Master Model Fine-tuning and LangChain Agents: Fine-tune existing models and build intelligent LangChain agents to create seamless and interactive user experiences.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems: Design and implement robust RAG systems to connect our AI models with relevant data sources, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses.
- Craft Powerful AI Prompts: Develop high-quality prompts that elicit optimal performance from our AI models, unlocking their full potential.
- Build Robust Data Pipelines on Databricks: Analyze and process large datasets on Databricks, constructing efficient and scalable data science pipelines.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address real-world challenges in the financial industry.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Python Proficiency (Mandatory): Demonstrable expertise in Python is essential for this role.
- Databricks Experience (Strong Plus): Experience with Databricks or similar data lake cloud solutions (e.g., AWS Data Lake, Azure Data Lake) is highly desirable.
- AI/ML Expertise: Solid understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and data engineering pipelines.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in relevant projects showcasing your AI/ML capabilities.
