Grid Agent
Builds a side-by-side comparison grid across many documents.
What it does
Point it at a stack of documents and it builds a summary grid — one row per file, one column per field you want extracted or computed across all of them. Every cell is a concise, source-cited summary with page references, so you can compare dozens of files at a glance and refine the grid by just asking.
When the job is “read all of these and compare them,” the Grid Agent turns a folder of documents into a single answerable table. Each file becomes a row, each field you care about becomes a column, and every cell cites exactly where it came from — so nothing is taken on faith and every number is traceable back to its source.
What it can do
- Extract the same fields across many documents at once
- Summarize each file into concise, comparable cells
- Cite the source page or cell for every value
- Refine the grid conversationally as you review
Example
“Across these 20 fund agreements, pull management fee, term, and key covenants.”
It returns a 20-row grid with those columns filled in, each cell citing the exact page it came from.
