This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Relationship Manager and Sales professional at ExchangeRobotics in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing relationships with banks and institutional investors, promoting the platform’s AI-driven financial products, and facilitating securitization processes. This is a full-time on-site role in New York, NY. The candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, communicating effectively, and facilitating workflow automation.
Qualifications
- Experience in relationship management, sales, and financial services
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, and financial markets
- Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
