AI Head of Product and Technology
About the role
Lead the product strategy and technology roadmap for Scalata's enterprise generative AI platform, transforming financial workflows across the credit lifecycle.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to build AI-powered solutions for financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered financial products
- Conduct user research and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for generative AI solutions
- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Data teams to translate business needs into product requirements
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Technology, Data, and Engineering organizations
- Establish quality standards and performance metrics for AI-powered platform capabilities
- Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction through key performance indicators
- Oversee frontend platform development, customer use cases, product specifications, and delivery
- Drive innovation in enterprise AI solutions for banks, asset managers, and financial institutions
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-powered products
- Experience implementing product management solutions within Databricks environments
- Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems
- Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
- Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
