Digital Employees
Your newest hiresnever sleep, and never skip review.
A digital employee is an AI colleague with a role, a department and a manager. It reads only what you allow, works the hours you set, and brings the work you choose to a person before it goes anywhere.
How it works
From hire to review
Everything you would decide about a new colleague, decided once, in one place, and applied to every task it takes on.
- Hire
Give it a name, a face, a role and a department. Describe how it should write, in your words.
- Equip
Choose the agent and model it works with, and grant the data sources, files and tables it may read.
- Set the rules
Decide what it may create or send, when it works, how often, and what a person must check first.
- Put it to work
Assign it to workflow steps, let it reply in chat on your behalf, or give it a schedule of its own.
- Review it
Read its reasoning, approve or correct its work, and relax review only as its record earns it.
Identity and permissions
A job description it actually follows
Every digital employee has a profile: who it is, how it writes, the agent and model it uses, and exactly what it is allowed to do.
Start read-only and add rights one at a time: create widgets, create reports, send them, open files, raise tasks. Grant each data source from the source itself, so access is decided where the data lives. Set working days and hours, a cap on how many tasks it may take each hour, and where its alerts go: in the app, by email or in Slack.
Oversight
Reviewed like a colleague, trusted like one
Choose when a person checks the work: always, never, only on errors, or only when the output is sensitive. In a workflow, a run waits for you with Approve & continue or Request changes.
Its reasoning is shown with every reply, with a confidence you can see. Over time its record speaks for itself: how much it did, how often it was right the first time, and what it cost. Review can be relaxed when that record has earned it, and tightened again in a click.
Built for enterprise
Everything a digital workforce needs
One capable assistant is useful. A team of them, across departments, needs management: owners, budgets, records and clear lines of responsibility.
Each digital employee reports to a named person, who approves its work and answers for it.
Start in shadow mode, move to full review, and loosen it only when the approval record says it is safe.
What it read, what it reasoned, what it produced and who approved it, kept for audit and searchable.
An address colleagues and clients can write to, and meetings it can prepare notes for.
Intake passes to analysis, analysis to reporting, each employee doing its part and passing the file on.
A monthly budget per employee, the cost of every task, and an alert before the limit is reached.
Below a confidence you set, it stops and asks a person rather than guessing.
Every edit a reviewer makes is remembered, so the same mistake is not made twice.
