The software is half of it
Most of what stops a platform from paying for itself is not the platform. It is that nobody has the hours to run it, or the engineers to finish wiring it in. So we do both: we staff the operations team that works your queue, and we place software engineers inside yours.
BPO
Business process outsourcing, not just a licence
Most vendors stop at selling you the software. We go further: we staff the people who actually run it on Scalata, on your behalf — from remittance reports to contract management — so the work gets done, not just the tool.
A licence gets your team a powerful tool. BPO gets you the tool and the trained operator behind it, running the platform daily against your actual queue, so nothing sits waiting for someone internally to pick it up. Everything the team touches is logged and traceable, and the exceptions that need your judgement come straight back to you.
Engineering
Software engineers, placed with your team
Not just implementation support — Engineering is staff augmentation. We place our software engineers directly with your team, working your backlog, for as long as you need the extra capacity.
They join your tools, your standups and your codebase, and open pull requests against your repositories for your people to review. Scalata integration is one thing they can pick up; general backend, front-end or infrastructure work on your own product is another. Add or roll off engineers as the roadmap changes.
Which one
It comes down to what is actually short
Hours, or hands. If the work is piling up, somebody needs to run it. If the roadmap is, somebody needs to build it. Plenty of teams end up taking both, and they run independently of each other.

- Client-ready reporting on your schedule, with a full audit trail
- You get the output; we hold the queue
Engineering
The roadmap needs more handsWe build alongside you
- A software engineer placed directly with your team
- Scalata integration, or general engineering on your own product
- Fractional or full-time, sized to what you need
