Client Management

A CRM you can talk to. Companies, clients, projects and the work you share with them live in one place, and the assistant you already ask questions of can change any of it.

Share a workbook, a memo or a dashboard with a client and it lands on their board with a stage and a due date. Move it along by dragging it, or by saying so. The client is emailed, and the record keeps what happened.

Nothing has to be kept up by hand. Type a domain and the company fills itself in. The pipeline adds up from the records you already have, and anything nearing its due date with no movement shows up in Alerts before it slips.

Boards with your stages

Shared, In Review, Approved and Rejected to start with. Rename them, recolour them, add your own, and drag the work between them.

Companies that fill themselves in

Type a domain and the industry, location, size and links arrive on their own. Group companies into categories that suit how you sell.

Access, client by client

Every client starts with nothing switched on. Turn on the workbook, the document or the chatbot one at a time, and suspend access in one click.

A pipeline that adds itself up

Estimated revenue by category and stage, top accounts, and every overdue or soon-due item, on a dashboard nobody has to maintain.

Projects and stages

Your process, not ours

Every project gets its own board. The columns are its stages, and they are yours to name, colour, reorder and add to.

A board starts with four: Shared, In Review, Approved and Rejected. Add a Legal sign-off or a Credit committee where your work really pauses. Approved and Rejected close the item, so the dashboard knows what is still open. Remove a stage and you choose where its work goes, so nothing is lost on the way. Each card shows what kind of work it is, who it went to, and whether it is due today or already late.

Clients and access

Clients see what you switch on

A client is anyone outside your organisation you share work with. Each starts with nothing switched on.

Turn on the workbook, the statistics, the charts, the document, the app or the chatbot, one at a time, and decide whether they can export or edit what they open. Each client carries a priority, a next action and date, an estimated revenue and notes, so the follow-up lives with the person. Suspend someone and their access stops at once. Delete them and everything that was shared with them goes too.
